At Haven Properties each team member is trained by experts at Southface Energy Institute to maximize the function and installation of the products and features that go into a new home. Each home undergoes rigorous inspections and upon completion, is third-party tested to verify that the home has met or exceeded the requirements to earn EarthCraft House certification.
