Co-op Agent Sells Second Haven Home at Tributary |

| Joy Branch with Jenny Pruitt had buyers that needed to move quickly and chose homes that were ready to go. They were drawn to the floor plans of Haven Properties homes. They loved the construction and the attention to detail. The finishes they wanted were bundled into the price of the home rather than being upgrades! When I talked with the first buyers some time after closing, they had saved the 30% on their energy bills as Haven had said they would.
I was impressed at the closing. Haven had a representative there, and we all appreciated that. It's quite a big deal for the builder to show up at the closing table. I would be glad to sell Haven Properties homes again and again! My buyers love their homes, and theh people at Haven were easy to work with. |

| We looked at other homes where you wouldn’t get as much, and some that were just outrageous [in their price]. Our home is three sides brick, and others weren’t. Plus, we managed to have more rooms for ourselves here. Compared to the others we saw, this one was the best value. I feel like we got a good deal. |

| This house is framed and built very well. It was more than I expected in our first home. For example, they used real stone rather than artificial for the front. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. And the EarthCraft construction is a nice feature to have. It’s built pretty tight. I’ve been watching the gas meter, and it looks like the bill’s going to be very reasonable.
Our designer was amazing. She helped us select paint colors that blend perfectly, and to me, that makes the house. Everyone at Haven is very friendly. Anytime we had a problem, it was corrected to our satisfaction. They were the easiest people to work with, and that was the best part of building our house.

| We thought we were going to move to the coast, but discovered coastal properties had increased significantly. So, we looked for resort living nearby and found Haven Ridge @ Chestatee. When our house sold we had to move quickly. The home we purchased was ready, and it’s got everything we want. We’ve got a golf course view with big windows. It’s a larger view than I’ve seen in other homes. We can see three fairways, one green and a pond!
They did a great job with this house. It’s a tight house with the latest in energy efficiency. We’ve just moved in, but I’m satisfied we’re going to do as well as we can do on utility bills with such a large space. The construction, energy efficiencies and foundation are way above average as compared to other house around here. My buddy is a framer, and he was impressed with the way it was framed.
We especially like the set up and design of the home. It’s very open and has plenty of storage. It has the master on the main, which is all we considered. The kitchen has a good amount of cabinet space with high quality cabinets, and we like the stainless steel appliances by Kitchen Aid. The openness of the floor plan gives us a view straight through the windows to the golf course.

| We were looking for a new home in a nice neighborhood with a pool and location close to work. Out of all the builders, we liked Haven the best, and we visited a lot of homes. Our Realtor recommended Haven and the homes seemed to have the most solid construction and highest quality. The hardwood floors are better and the hardware is a step up in quality.
The EarthCraft construction wasn't the major factor in our decision, but the energy efficiency is important to us. We chose a market home and had the carpets replaced with hardwood floors in the dining and great room. Haven was very responsive and we closed within two weeks. The morning before closing, we had a small list of things still to be completed and it almost done by the time we finished up at the closing.
We love how our home looks! The interior details are very nice, so we didn't have to do much to make it look like home. |

| EarthCraft and Energy Star were added pluses for us - it was already a great combination of quality, location, size and price! Our home is custom quality and has many extras we didn't expect from a large builder. We've talked with many of our neighbors, and they remain happy here even after a few years. Haven has been extremely responsive about coming out to make minor adjustments since we've moved in. We are happier now than the day we moved in because it's been everything we hoped. If my family and friends were moving to this area, I would definitely recommend our subdivision and other Haven properties. |
